While visiting family in Arkansas this spring (Arkansas is so much more beautiful than I had EVER imagined by the way!), we decided to head out hiking to find this abandoned mill of some sort.
This brick shell of a building is off the paved road and you do have to hike a little ways before you reach it. But it’s one of those places that you would not normally know about unless you knew (or spoke to) a local resident, and it isn’t something you would see by driving by it without looking thru the thick trees and actually knowing what you’re looking for.
