FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

1 Cup brown sugar
1 Large egg
1 Cup peanut butter
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Cup chocolate chip morsels
1/2 Tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together brown sugar and egg until combined. Next, mix in the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or more if needed.

These are so amazingly soft and chewy! They were a hit with the rest of the family. Try them out and let me know how you like them!
