Hello and happy Friday, Friends!
I hope you all had a fun and safe St. Patrick’s Day and ate all the green foods. I cannot believe it’s been a few weeks since my last post!
I’m curious if you are feeling the same way I am – this year just seems to be moving so quickly by. Have you heard that the older you get the years fly by faster? I totally believe it.
Like I’ve said here before, my kids love a good trifle so that is what I made for St Patrick’s Day (Above).
I’ve detailed what went in this delicious trifle at the link under the image. Totally easy – kids/teens could layer it up themselves.
I’ve been having a bit of a mental block lately with what to write here. It seems my brain has been more in social media mode and not in website mode.
In the last few weeks I’ve had a lot of soul searching about other ways I can use my creativity in the JBPD business, that would also possess the potential to generate income.
During my prayer and fasting for Lent I’ve heard God say – not in an audible voice per se but one small found in the depths of my soul resting in my stillness and prayer – to shift attention to that which I enjoy, that can be used to bless others and one that offers the ability to create revenue.
I’ve decided to keep this avenue hush-hush for now – bummer, I know – but it has already brought in some income within the last 2 weeks, which only confirms that God is with me on this newly forged path.
Why the transition from photography? Please read the PIVOT post HERE.
Please hear me – I will still continue to bring you new art | graphics | printables and apparel such as the one in the listing below ( CHECK IT OUT HERE in the Etsy shop. ) This is not changing – promise!!
And I do plan to offer a few photography sessions throughout the year when my body is not revolting against itself. (This will most likely happen this fall, sometime between September – November.)
Okay, on to the inspiration and reflections of the week…well, few weeks since it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. Hope you have an amazing week, filled with love and laughter, surrounded by friends and family who have your back in good and bad times, and a deep knowing that YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE.
Hugs, Friends. ♥
XO ~JB
