Good morning and Happy Friday!
There were so many Thanksgiving themed images that caught my eye this week – #btw there are only 20 days until the big T-Day! Hasn’t this year just flown by? #wowza

This morning I’m loading up on high-octane (aka dark roast) coffee with lactose free milk, 1 scoop of collagen and 1 packet of sweet and low (not at all healthy but I like it in my coffee – brings me back to my high school days sitting in Perkins late at night with friends) in a mug I received at my last full time job that I absolutely whole-heartedly LOVED and learned so much from. This was a sample mug we received when I was researching pottery companies for department mugs (love pottery mugs!). Side note – yes, I had approval to keep this sample. #rulefollowertomycore
